Sfusato Amalfitano
Grown on cliffside terraces above the Tyrrhenian Sea by local farming families, the sfusato amalfitano is sweeter, more fragrant, and lower in acid than any lemon you’ve ever tasted. It’s certified and protected by European law — and it’s the only lemon we’ll ever pour.
Our lemons ripen slowly on stone terraces carved into the Amalfi cliffs, drinking sea air and southern Italian sun for months longer than commercial fruit.
Each sfusato is picked by hand and pressed right there on the coast, by the certified growers who raised it — the flavor is captured at its peak and travels to us sealed and cold.
Every glass is built the moment you order it — certified Amalfi lemon, raw cane sugar, cold spring water — sweetened gently and finished with herbs cut from the truck’s own planters.
